Four Things Companies Book Us For
From First Call to Monthly Invoice
- 1You tell us the requirementHow many people, which routes, what timings, how many days a month. A phone call is usually enough to start.
- 2We survey the routesFor daily transport we drive the route once before quoting, so the timing we promise is the timing you get.
- 3You get a rate cardOne fixed rate per route or per vehicle per month. Toll, tax and driver allowance inside it. No surge, no festival pricing.
- 4One invoice a monthA single statement with every trip on it, instead of your admin team chasing receipts.

These are the belts we know — the routes, the shift timings and the gate procedures at each estate.
Corporate Booking — Questions People Ask
How is a corporate account different from just booking a cab?
You get one agreed rate card instead of a fresh price every time, one coordinator instead of the general booking line, and one invoice at the end of the month instead of a pile of individual payments. Your admin team books by WhatsApp or a phone call and never handles cash with the driver.
What is the minimum we have to commit to?
There is no fixed minimum. A single daily route is enough to open an account. What we ask for is a month, so the rate card has something real to be measured against — if it does not suit you after that, it ends there.
Can you cover more than one city for us?
Yes, anywhere in Gujarat and Maharashtra, on one account and one invoice. Outside those two states we will say so plainly rather than sub-contract the job to somebody we do not know.
What happens if a car breaks down on a daily route?
Daily routes run with a backup vehicle available. If a car goes down the coordinator sends the replacement and tells your admin team before your staff are left waiting — making that call is our job, not yours.
Are your drivers verified?
Licence and background checked, and on a daily route it is the same drivers each day, so your staff know them. The driver name and number are shared before every pickup.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Ask us on the first call and we will tell you exactly what your accounts team will receive. We would rather answer this straight than have it come up at the end of the month.
How do we pay — monthly or per trip?
Monthly, against the statement, for an account. Trips booked outside the account are paid the usual way: cash or UPI at the end of the trip.
Want a rate card for your company?
Tell us the routes and the headcount. We will survey it and come back with one fixed monthly price.
