Are you a registered company?
Yes — A B CAB® (Cab & Car Rental Services) is a registered cab and car rental business based in Surat, running since 2019. Ask us for the registration number before you pay; we would rather you did.
Do you own the cars, or is this a booking agency?
We own them. 18+ cars, our own drivers, our own maintenance. When you book you are dealing with the operator — nobody in between taking a cut, and nobody to pass the blame to.
Where are you based and where do you run?
Based in Surat, Gujarat, running across Gujarat and Maharashtra. Outside those two states we will say so rather than take the booking and hand it to somebody we do not know.
Why is a one-way fare cheaper?
Because you are not paying for the empty return. We find the driver a passenger for the way back, and that saving is what makes the one-way price possible.
Who do I speak to if something goes wrong?
The same number you booked on, answered 24×7 by the people who took the booking. That is the practical difference between a registered company and a listing.
