The short version
An ordinary one way or round trip booking takes no advance. There is nothing paid, so there is nothing to refund, and cancelling it costs you nothing beyond telling us.
Wedding and fleet bookings do take an advance, because a date with ten cars held against it is a date we have turned other work away for. What happens to that advance is set out below.
Either way: tell us as early as you can. A car released in the morning can be given to somebody else; a car released at the pickup time cannot.
How to cancel
Call or WhatsApp the same number you booked on, 24×7. One message is enough — you do not need a reason and you will not be talked out of it.
A cancellation counts from when you tell us, so send the message rather than deciding to call in the morning.
We will confirm the cancellation back to you. If you do not get that confirmation, assume the booking is still live and call.
One way and round trip bookings
No advance is taken, so no refund arises.
If a car has already set off for your pickup, tell us straight away and we will tell you where things stand.
We would rather have the car back on the road than argue with you about a trip you did not take.
Wedding and fleet bookings
These are held against an advance, agreed in writing on WhatsApp before anything is booked.
The advance, and what happens to it if the date is cancelled, is agreed with you on WhatsApp before anything is booked — so you have it in writing from the start rather than finding out afterwards.
Moving the date is usually easier than cancelling it, so ask before you cancel. If the cars are free on the new date, they move with it.
Changing a booking instead of cancelling
Changing the time, the pickup address or the car is usually no trouble — tell us and we will confirm the new fare if it changes.
Adding a car a day or two before a wedding is often possible. On a peak date it depends on what is free, and we will tell you straight away rather than promise and fail.
Reducing the number of cars close to the date is the change most likely to cost something, for the same reason a cancellation does.
If we cancel
It is rare, and it is our failure when it happens. If we cannot run your trip, we tell you as early as we know, and any advance you have paid comes back to you in full.
If a car breaks down on the day, our job is to send the replacement — a daily corporate route runs with a backup vehicle available for exactly this.
If we have taken an advance and cannot send a car at all, you get all of it back. We do not keep an advance for a trip we did not run.
How refunds are paid
Back the way you paid — UPI to the account it came from, or cash.
We start it as soon as the cancellation is confirmed.
There is no processing fee and nothing is deducted for handling it.
No-shows
If the car is at your pickup and nobody comes, the driver waits and calls you before doing anything else. How long he can wait depends on what else the car is booked for that day, and if it becomes a problem the coordinator rings you rather than simply driving away.
If you are running late, a message to the driver or to the booking number is all it takes. Nobody drives away from a customer who has said they are coming.
Still not sure about something?
Ask before you book rather than after. The number is answered by the people who took the booking, not by a script.
