In a normal outstation booking you pay for both directions even if you travel only one way. In a one-way cab you pay only for the distance you actually travel — we arrange a return passenger for the driver, so that empty return cost does not come to you.
Yes. The fare we send you on WhatsApp is all-inclusive — toll, state border tax and the driver allowance are already in it. There are no night charges either. The only thing not included is parking, if the place you are going to charges for it.
A Sedan takes two large bags with four passengers, an Ertiga or Kia Carens three, and an Innova four. If you are moving house or carrying more than that, tell us when you ask for the fare and we will send a Tempo Traveller with a roof carrier instead.
Yes, and it is one of our most common bookings. We run 24×7, the driver reaches you before the pickup time, and his name and number come to you the night before. For a flight, tell us the departure time rather than the pickup time and we will work backwards from it.
Both. We own 18+ cars, so ten of the same model on the same day is something we can answer rather than sub-contract. Weddings and corporate accounts are handled personally over a call — there is a separate enquiry form for each on the Wedding and Corporate pages.
Cash or UPI, whichever suits you, and you pay at the end of the trip. Corporate accounts are billed monthly against a printed invoice instead.
